This penthouse enjoys rare panoramic views of the sea and the city skyline. The main challenge was to design an open, transparent living space flooded with natural light, while preserving warmth, calmness, and a sense of continuity. The northern façade required precise custom joinery to balance the expansive openness with a quiet, natural material presence that anchors the entire architectural composition
The carpentry includes a fully custom kitchen with a unique metallic epoxy finish tailored to the client’s request, tall storage fronts in bleached oak veneer with a carefully matched grain, a finely detailed library with thin dark shelves facing the living room, custom wardrobes for the bedrooms, and bespoke storage solutions for the bathrooms. Each element was designed and executed in full alignment with the architectural intent
